The Captinc website is owned by Commercial Warehouse. Commercial Warehouse is a commercial finance broker who acts as a commercial broker to try and get your commercial property finance at the lowest interest rate.

Do you help us find high yield residential property?

Captinc only specialises in finding our customers high yielding commercial property.

Where does the deposit for the commercial property come from?

Generally a deposit between 25% to 35% of the commercial property purchase price is secured against a residential home

Is there a minimum commercial property purchase price?

The minimum commercial property purchase price is $1m. There is no maximum purchase price.

How much deposit is usually needed to purchase a commercial property?

Generally government stamp duty and costs come to around 5% of the commercial property purchase price, so this needs to be taken into account.

The minimum deposit for a commercial property is 20% plus 5%. These 80% commercial loans are usually up to a purchase price of $1.25m.

Over $1.25m the deposit normally increases to 25% plus 5%. These 75% commercial loans may be up to a purchase price of $5m.

Are there other services offered in conjunction with Captinc?

Yes. There are normally three different options.

1/ You can source a commercial property yourself, and we will assist you with the finance. This is generally not recommended especially if you have not purchased commercial property previously.

2/ You can do a commercial property course to learn how to purchase high yielding commercial property. Should you choose this option then we can steer you in the right direction towards a reputable commercial property educator.

3/  or Through Comcierge, a commercial concierge service, the whole process of buying a high yielding commercial property has been made simple. They work with commercial professionals who will help you with every step of the way. Help is available to find the suitable high yielding commercial property, help with a cheap commercial loan and finally help to settle the commercial property with a commercial legal expert.
